DELIVERY MODEL
 
On behalf of customer, Taskorce&Advisor when delivering projects can play one of the 2 main following roles :


• Project Director as Prime Contractor
• Project Manager as Project Superintendent

 

In the case where Taskorce&Advisor has been defined as Project Director, the direct reporting will go to the Project Steering Comittee and/or the General Manager (CEO).

In the case where Taskorce&Advisor has been defined as Project Manager, the direct reporting will go to the Project Director.

In addition to that, Taskorce&Advisor can also play the role of a specific resource being part of a global project as:

• Advisor providing advisory or educational services
