Each time you deliver a project you must use a model of phases (Project Management Life Cycle) according to the IPMA and PMI guidelines. The type of model, originally with 3 phases, generally speaking, will depend on the company you work for and the business activity you are in. Taskforce&Advisor for its activity in the services sector has defined to provide its deliverables with a model of 5 phases.

This will allow to all related Project Management methodologies, tools, processes, procedures and techniques to deliver Products or Services of high quality respecting costs and delivery times according to customer requirements!

Applying such a model, you will see on the picture many activities from which, some are dedicated by phase et other by the entire project life cycle. When we deliver mandates or projects, we always use the same model BUT we integrate it into the one of the customer or into the specific context of project!
